1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform independently. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using SARATHI, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.

2. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. SARATHI's career reports are custom-generated digital deliverables—the AI processes your specific 60-question responses to produce a unique, personalised output at the time of payment. Because each report is exclusively built for you and is immediately delivered upon generation, it cannot be returned or resold. Accordingly, once your report has been generated and made available on your dashboard, the payment is non-refundable.

If you experience a technical failure where payment was deducted but your report was not generated, please email admin@sarathiapp.in within 48 hours and we will resolve it within 3 business days.

3. Limitation of Liability

The individual operators of SARATHI (operating under the trade name SARATHI, sarathiapp.in), their associates and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform or the accuracy of the AI-generated results.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
