What You Can Request

Under Section 11 of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data processed by SARATHI.
• Correction: Request rectification of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Erasure: Request the permanent deletion of your personal data (Right to be Forgotten), including your psychometric responses, AI-generated reports, and Madhav AI Coach chat history.
• Grievance Redressal: Lodge a complaint regarding any data breach, unauthorized sharing, or violation of your privacy rights.

How to Submit a Request

To exercise any of the rights listed above, please send an email to admin@sarathiapp.in with the subject line: "Data Grievance Request".

Please include your registered email address and a brief description of your request. We will respond to all data-related requests and grievances within 72 hours of receiving the email.

Data Erasure (Account Deletion)

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please email us. Our team will execute a "deep wipe" that cascades across our database to remove your assessment responses, generated PDFs, and Madhav AI chat logs. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Governing Law

This Grievance Redressal mechanism is governed by the laws of India, specifically the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
